When reporting a code that won’t scan, the most useful things to include are: the payload type, the error-correction level and quiet zone you used, whether a logo or custom colours were involved, and the phone or app that failed. A copy of the exported PNG/SVG helps us reproduce it exactly.

Feature requests are read even when they’re not answered individually — payload types and export formats are the most common asks, and the ones most likely to get built.
